I was drawn into the agricultural industry as a young labourer and began working on farms, revegatation, fishing boats, nurseries and abattoirs.

At 21, I studied horticulture and went onto work in propagation nurseries, flower farms, garden maintenance/construction, consultant, through such avenues of work I became increasingly aware of the destructive force these industries where having on people, land, and the future.
Such organic tendencies where a natural attraction for me and after 5 years of organic gardening and the completion of my internship in permaculture, I was seeking work in a sustainable solution based field. Someone that was offering affordable and self empowering skills to an industry that is awash, with unsustainable chemical driven agriculture.

In this conclusion I began working for Trust Nature, making bio-fertiliser and high grade microbe rich compost, these techniques have shown me the benefits and sustainability of such practices. With guidance from Trust Nature, I'm now a consultant in the field of home/communities food production, composting and bio-fertilization.

With the use of activated liquid compost and correct management of the land we not only have the ability to turn around degraded soils and eliminate chemical use, but to rebuild them.
