For the more commercial compost producer, this machine is capable of turning over 20 cu mts per minute or 1000-1200 cu mts per hour making this the correct choice for bulk composting ventures where bulk materials are consistently available this would include large farms, feedlot operations or municipal waste management.

This machine requires a 90-100 hp tractor with a creeper gear, we recommend that the turner operating speed works at just 300 mts per hour, this creeper gear rate for turning the windrow provides adequate turning of the compost while it is being simultaneously watered and aerated. If your tractor cannot be fitted with a creeper gear, we can provide you with a hydraulic assisted model where the wheels of the turner push the tractor while the tractor is operating in neutral in this case you would order model 512 HA.

The width of the 512 is 5 mts and the weight is approximately 2250kgs.
